Outdoor stands are a 12x12 or 12x20 area. Vendors are required to provide their own tent and table.
Indoor spaces are limited. Spaces are 10 feet wide
Set up can start on 7/1/2025 at 1200
All tents must have weighted corners. Ground stakes are discouraged and any damage due to stakes is the responsibility of the vendor
All vendors are required to carry a minimum of $1,000,000 in liability inisurance
COI must be provided prior to set up
Tear down must be completed by 7/7/2025 at 1800
All products must be American made
All Vendors are required to be fully insured and licensed where required by law
All items being sold must be produced, assembled, and/or customized by the vendor selling them
All vendors, demonstrations, exhibits, and displays MUST be open during operating hours, INCLUDING rainy days
All craftsmen are required to demonstrate and explain their products.
Police your immediate area every hour or so. With your help, we can keep the Festival grounds clean and inviting
All vendors must park in designated area to preserve as much parking as possible for visitors
Generators are not permitted
All vehicles must be off the grounds and in the designated parking area 20 minutes before opening and may return 20 minutes after closing
It is most important to be courteous to all people at all times. If you are unable to answer a visitor's question direct them to a festival staff member
All Commissions are to be paid by the close of business the day after they are collected with the exception of the last day which are due by closing on that date
If paying by check all checks can be made payable to MWR Enterprises LLC
